Freedom not Fear is a self-organised “un-conference”, where participants decide on the programme during the event. Every year an organising team prepares a programme structure with time slots for the plenaries, keynote, and sessions. Individual sessions are assigned to times and rooms in the morning plenaries. We also ask participants to indicate in advance any sessions they intend to convene, so that we can offer a preview. This should in no way be seen as restricting your options, but instead inspire you to bring your own topics and session ideas to #FNF25!

Christoph Schmon, International Policy Director at EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation), will be the keynote speaker for the opening! He will speak about ProtectEU, Going Dark and and Securitisation in EU politics.
